Privacy notice

Last updated 25 October 2026

This notice explains what we do with the details you give us when you reserve a box of wipes or get in touch. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

Elaion is the trading name of Nathan Kwan and Christos Politis, based in London. We decide how your details are used, which makes us the data controller. You can reach us at team@elaion.co.uk.

What we collect

When you reserve a box, we collect:

If you sign up for updates, we collect your email address and use it only to send you news about Elaion. You can ask us to stop at any time.

If you ask us to deliver to your area, we collect where you are and your email address, and use them only to tell you when we can deliver there.

The site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

We use these details to reply to your reservation, post you a sample if you ask for one, prepare your print proof, confirm a start or delivery date, and deliver your order. The legal basis is that you’ve asked us to take these steps before entering a contract with us. Once you order, we keep using them to run that contract.

We won’t send you marketing emails unless you ask us to, and we never sell your details. If you sign up for updates or ask for your area, the legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share it with

How long we keep it

If you reserve but don’t go ahead, we delete your details within 12 months. If you become a customer, we keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting, usually six years. If you sign up for updates, we keep your email address until you ask us to stop. If you ask for your area, we keep your details until we’ve told you we deliver there, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Email team@elaion.co.uk and we’ll reply within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
